The D&A Southern France program features a world class journey, from the canyons of Ardèche to the famed Mediterranean seashore of the French Riviera, through the Rhône Valley and the most beautiful villages of Provence.

On arrival in Lyon, our road trip begins with a culinary outing to Les Halles Paul Bocuse, the largest covered food market in France. Then, we head to our château accommodation in Ardèche, the wild mountain region of the European Grand Canyon and its prehistoric caves.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine tasting anticipates our Avignon tour and a luxury two-night stay in an incredibly scenic village of Luberon. In the heart of Provence, we enjoy traditional markets and picturesque squares, indulging in a delightful lifestyle surrounded by olive trees, fragrant lavender fields and singing cicadas.

Tasting the best rosés de Provence in the gulf of Saint-Tropez is another enchanting activity scheduled in this spectacular circuit. A sailboat trip around the magical Porquerolles island and a tour of the Calanques de Cassis via the Route des Crêtes complete our magnificent drive along the western part of the French Riviera.

From the graceful city of Aix-en-Provence, the return trip to Paris is made on board a high-speed train crossing the country in a mere three-hour journey
